Under the leadership of Robert A. Hubbard, P.E., TOR Engineering's Structural Engineering Division is comprised of Registered Engineers, Designers, Drafters and clerical personnel. Our project experience includes commercial, educational, institutional, healthcare, retail, hospitality, industrial and residential projects throughout the western United States.

TOR's Structural Engineering Division concentrates specifically on providing structural engineering services to owners and architects throughout the west. While our division is independent from other services provided by TOR, we do have the added resources of the entire firm, including; additional drafting and clerical personnel, technical support and financial resources.

One of the cornerstones of our success is our ability to communicate openly with the entire design and construction team including the owner, architect, other engineering consultants and the contractor. Through our continuous communication we are able to interpret and understand our clients' requirements. With a focused attention on our clients' requirements, we strive for unique and cost-effective solutions to the challenges we face.

TOR Engineering's Structural Division has two office locations: one in Flagstaff and in our main office in southeast Phoenix. Having offices in both locations, we are able to provide services in an extremely efficient and timely manner.
